Dear Kevin, Shaun, Holly and all the staff at InLight & KISS:

We really wanted to take the opportunity to share with you what a fine job you all did for us on this job for our clients: Kevin & Sandi.

The couple was absolutely blown away by their album! They have thanked us so many times it’s almost shameful. They cannot get over how fabulous the photos are and how beautiful the album is. The album has been shown (very carefully, I might add as the bride is militant about who handles it) to literally to hundreds of people including every person on both sides of the families. Both fathers of the bride & groom took the opportunity to shake Brian’s hand and let him know how impressed they were by our work. The album has completely shut down offices while the entire staff stops to view it. Even a stranger a few tables away at a restaurant noticed her reviewing it and commented on how stunning it was. Anyone married 5 – 10 years ago or more is so jealous that they consider having their own album done again! It truly looks outstanding!

Of course I have to thank my husband, Brian and to recognize his genius in the layout and the way he slaved over this thing for months! And I of course congratulate both of us on the fantastic photography J And really KISS too, the way the album was handled once it got into your hands was a great experience. We appreciated all the emails to let us know the status at each turn. We also appreciated you expediting the order to appease our clients. Again they could not be happier and neither can we. Thank you and congratulations on work well done!!!

Hi Kevin!

I know that Betsy just sent an email singing your praises, but I have to chime in here as well.

KISS is without a doubt the best vendor we have ever used. Hands down. Not only do you guys put out a high-quality product, but you also do it fast. But what really amazes me about you guys is your INCREDIBLE customer service. In many businesses, customer service usually plays second fiddle to speed/accuracy/quality. In fact, most companies out there (not just photography-related) have to choose quality over quantity, speed over accuracy etc. It thrills me that you and your staff have managed to provide your customers with all of the above, and still maintain excellent service. You guys have filled me with the confidence that if anything ever goes wrong with an order (and that’s a big if), that you will take care of us quickly and professionally. Even though we do not send you guys a ton of business at this point in our career, you still treat us like kings.

But I’m not telling you anything here that you didn’t already know.

I love that your staff constantly updates us on current orders regularly throughout the process. And the fact that you personally reach out to us every so often is fantastic. After meeting you and Shaun in person on several occasions, I can definitely see your commitment to your clients, your products and your business. I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate that.

Last year I decided to offer KISS Wedding Books to my clients. I chose them for the simplicity of their product, the square formats (8×8, 10×10, or 12×12), the BEAUTIFUL leather covers, and the superb printing that makes your photographs look like photographs. And in addition, their customer service can’t be beat.

I just got another one in today and was so excited. I’ve been waiting for the perfect wedding to do a REDLIGHT RED cover and Angie and Tyler’s was it! They could have gone for the black cover, but I had my suspicions they might want to turn it up a notch. I was so happy they did.

I wanted to post some images of just how beautiful these books are. The leather is soft and has a matte finish…I love to touch them and you will too! The books comes in a floral, canvas bag that adds that additional protection your album needs. I design the books myself and use photographs that the couples choose as their favorites. Almost all of my packages come with an album and some of the bigger packages include 1-2 smaller duplicate parent albums.

I have a sample album that I bring when I meet couples, and I think I’m going to have to order another sample of this gorgeous album. If you would like to see the design of the inside of this album, you can here.

Little know fact about me, I love love love getting mail. Really, who doesn’t? Growing up, a colorful envelope containing a card or letter from a far away relative would make my day. I can’t say much as changed (other then nowadays we just e-mail each other but hey, that’s technology for ya). To this day, receiving a parcel is a sure fire way to bring a smile to my face – the Mister, not so much as it usually means that I’ve been hitting up e-Bay again. But that’s another story for another day

So a couple weeks ago, I finally received a long await package – my first Kiss wedding book. Even I, the self-crowned most impatient person in the world can admit the wait was soo totally worth it. These albums are absolutely gorgeous, with their supple leather covers and thick pages and are definitely the stuff to make your girlfriends jealous, hehe.

And the pages, who could forget about the 2mm thick pages?! The construction of these albums is incredible.

Not only is the album to die for, but so is the stylish dust bag that it comes with. According to the folk at Kiss, no cardboard boxes were good enough for these albums, and I’ve got to agree.

A big thanks to the whole crew at Kiss for not only their amazing product, but also their amazing customer service. It’s hard to find companies that actually value their customers, but these guys do just that and have no problem bending over backwards to make sure the experience is all that it should be.
